As someone who can only attempt to empathise with the pain you go through, I just wanna say that even though we may not know each other, I have a connection with you that will make give me severe pain to find out you've hurt yourself. So please do not. Hang in there and don't ever let fear win over you in those small moments. Defeat it with love. Its a resource you'll possibly never run out. I hope in 2018 you are doing better than you were in 2016, and if you are not, I hope in 2019 you'll be better! I love and give you much strength! <3 <3
